We require a minimum of 24 hours for cancellation or rescheduling appointments. You will be charged a cancellation fee if you fail to contact the salon to cancel or reschedule your appointment within this notice period. If you are running late, we may not be able to perform your complete service but the total cost must still be charged, e.g. we cannot change an originally booked wash, haircut and style to a wash and blow-dry. Our salon operates on according to strict timing to ensure our scheduled appointments run on time.

When you book an appointment with our hair boutique, you will be asked to provide credit card details which will be saved on our square system, this will only be charged under this policy. If you have made an appointment via phone or social media you will be sent an invoice upon cancelling that must be paid before another appointment can be made. Please note, the cancellation fee will vary depending on your service.
Fee for Style Service - $50
Fee for Colour Service - $100
Fee for Combined Style & Colour Service - $100
All other appointments $20-$30 depending on your service

We can provide you with an estimated quote however please be aware that our pricing is subject to change due to the length and/or volume of hair.
We are a full-service salon and the shampoo and blow-dry is included in our prices. We don’t offer quick cuts. We want to ensure we understand what you want, which is why our thorough consultations are vital. We listen, we take the time, and we value you!
We are proud to be a sustainable salon, a green fee of $3 per client is included in the total cost of your service. Let’s make salon waste history!

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your service after leaving the salon, we encourage you to get in touch ASAP!
We have a 14-day re-do policy, which means if you are not satisfied with the service you’ve received you have only 14 days after your service to request a redo with your original stylist at no extra cost. Change of mind is not covered under our re-dos policy.

Yes. Plenty right outside our front door, we also have the bonus of no parking limit either!

Men’s haircuts 30mins - 45mins, ladies haircuts 45mins - 1hr depending on length/thickness of hair, ladies colours 3hrs - 6hrs depending on colour/length and volume of hair.

Yes, if requested we offer a free 10-15 min consultation prior to booking your service. This is especially recommended for colour corrections, if you’re undecided on your service or if you’re a new client.

We accept Cash, Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard and Afterpay. Unfortunately, we do not accept payment via American Express or Diners Club Card.
Note no cash is left on premises.

Yes! You will get two automated text messages prior to your appointment, one two days before and another the day before attending your appointment. There will be a link bellow for you to confirm your appointment or contact us to reschedule if you are unable to attend.

A hair toner should last up to six weeks; depending on how frequently you wash your hair. We can recommend take-home products to maintain the freshness of your colour.

No, we are a full service salon. Which means the wash and dry are included in the cost of your haircut service. You can choose to not have your hair washed but unfortunately the price will still remain the same.

A blow-dry is strictly hairdryer only, style is heated styling tools. E.g straightener/curler.
